Hi I'am  Jason — Your Coach, Teammate & Guide to Long-Lasting Results

 

A  fitness coach with a background rooted in discipline, teamwork, and real-world experience.

After proudly serving in the Army on operations in Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan, I’ve brought the same focus, structure, and mission-ready mindset into my fitness coaching. In the military, trust, commitment, and shared goals were everything. I now carry those same values into every client relationship.

This isn’t a military boot camp — no shouting, no pressure — just expert coaching, genuine support, and accountability that gets results. I’m here to push you when needed, encourage you when it counts, and guide you toward becoming the strongest version of yourself.

With a strong foundation in nutrition and human anatomy, ensuring delivery of  training programs that is not only effective but also safe, informed, and tailored to each individual.

I believe that lasting change happens when you’re not doing it alone.  Working alongside clients  as a team to help them to build confidence, improve health, and develop a stronger, more positive mindset. My approach is supportive, encouraging, and results-driven—helping clients make sustainable changes toward a healthier lifestyle.

Just to be clear: this isn’t a military boot camp. There is no standing over you shouting orders. Instead, just there to coach, motivate, and support you every step of the way—pushing when needed, encouraging when it counts, and always working with you to help you achieve your goals.

As a local coach, coaching 1-2-1 private sessions, I understand the unique lifestyle and pace of the Wirral. I work with clients across West Kirby, Hoylake, Wallasey, Birkenhead, New Brighton, Heswall, Moreton, and surrounding areas and online coaching  — offering fitness that fits your schedule and your life.
