A fitness coach with a background rooted in discipline, teamwork, and real-world experience.
After proudly serving in the Army on operations in Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan, I’ve brought the same focus, structure, and mission-ready mindset into my fitness coaching. In the military, trust, commitment, and shared goals were everything. I now carry those same values into every client relationship.
This isn’t a military boot camp — no shouting, no pressure — just expert coaching, genuine support, and accountability that gets results. I’m here to push you when needed, encourage you when it counts, and guide you toward becoming the strongest version of yourself.
With a strong foundation in nutrition and human anatomy, ensuring delivery of training programs that is not only effective but also safe, informed, and tailored to each individual.
